THURSDAY, April 9th at 7PM: WOMEN OF THE WILD WEST

You know, it isn't all dance hall girls, corsets, revealing buckskins, and "Annie-Get-Your-Gun!"

When we think of the literature of the American West, we often think of the likes of Louis L'amour, John Jakes, Zane Grey among the classic authors. Yet here as well, a number of intrepid women have made their marks in that vast, intimidating wilds of the cowboy and the outlaw.

Caledonia shares stories from three Women of Western literature: Gertrude Atherton, Dorothy M. Johnson (who penned "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" & "A Man Called Horse"), and Marcia Muller, live in voice.
