"The Guardian's" literature columnist Sam Jordison has described Frank Key as one of the most prolific living writers of literary nonsense. "The Guardian's" David Stubbs wrote that Frank's prose "reminds of Max Ernst engravings gone Bonzo Doo-Dah".
