West of Ireland's annual Festival celebration of Ireland's patron Saint officially begins today. There'll be sixteen days of more music, stories, and general Celtic "craic" than usual. It all begins today with the opening of the Auctions at the Quay and on Bundoran, and tonight's "Wonderland" themed dance in the Glen, chugs straight through Saint Patrick's Day itself, and concludes on March 21st with the dedication of the new library wing.
