SUNDAY, August 12th at 1:30pm: TEA TIME on The Orient Express ~ The Conclusion

In a special 90 minute Finale . . .

“You do not understand,” Poirot said. “You do not understand at all. Tell me, do you know who killed Ratchett?”

“Do you?” countered M. Bouc.

Poirot nodded.

“Oh, yes,” he said. “I have known for some time. It is so clear that I wonder you have not seen it also.” He looked at Hardman and asked, “And you?”

The detective shook his head. He stared at Poirot curiously.

“I don’t know,” he said. “I don’t know at all. Which of them was it?”

Poirot was silent a minute. Then he said:

“If you will be so good, M. Hardman, assemble everyone here. There are two possible solutions of this case. I want to lay them both before you all.”

Poirot solves this incredible mystery, as Murder on the Orient Express concludes, live in voice.

SUNDAY, July 15th at 1:30pm: TEA TIME on The Orient Express Continues

A mystery discovered this week, in Episode 2 . . .

“Certainly it is serious. To begin with, a murder—that by itself is a calamity of the first water. But not only that, the circumstances are unusual. Here we are, brought to a standstill. We may be here for hours—and not only hours—days! Another circumstance. Passing through most countries we have the police of that country on the train. But in Yugoslavia—no. You comprehend?”  ~ M. Bouc, from "Murder on the Orient Express"

TEA TIME at Baker Street: A Study in Scarlet

Continuing (Part 3 of 4) in the Seanchai Library Fireside Room.

The story flashes back to the Salt Lake Valley in Utah in 1847, where John Ferrier and a little girl named Lucy, the only survivors of a small party of pioneers, lie down near a boulder to die from dehydration and hunger. They are discovered by a large party of Latter-day Saints led by Brigham Young. The Mormons rescue Ferrier and Lucy on the condition that they adopt and live under their faith. Ferrier, who has proven himself an able hunter, adopts Lucy and is given a generous land grant with which to build his farm after the party constructs Salt Lake City. Years later, a now-grown Lucy befriends and falls in love with a man named Jefferson Hope.

Corwyn Allen, Kayden Oconnell, and Caledonia Skytower, live in voice, in the Seanchai Library Fireside Room.
