By the 1970s, her columns were read twice-weekly by 30 million readers of the 900 newspapers in the U.S. and Canada

Caledonia shares more from the venerable Dame Agatha Mary Clarissa Christie tonight - crime novelist, short story writer, and playwright. She also wrote the world's longest-running play, The Mousetrap.

The representation in the Arts for spoken word and theatrical events are very modest by comparison with the Live Musicians, DJs and Club Venues (you have to scroll waaaaaay down to the bottom of the ballot).  If you'd like to show your support for live voice performance and spoken word on the grid, consider going The Avi Choice Awards Arts Ballot and vote for the performers of your choice.  There is also an opportunity to make suggestions for the future.
