TUESDAY, August 11th at 7 PM: More from GO SET A WATCHMAN

We are glad to report that Miss Trolley is feeling much better this week, and she is prepared to share one more set of selections from the published works of Harper Lee.

Once again, side-by-side, Trolley shares similarly themed passages from both GO SET A WATCHMAN and TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. This week's theme: Revival Meetings, as the adult Scout attends one, and young Scout accompanies Calpurnia to church.

Presented live in voice.

TUESDAY, July 14th at 7:30pm: TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD (Selected Chapters)

Harper Lee's new novel "Go Set A Watchman" releases today, and in the midst of the controversy and rumors around that release, Seanchai Library takes a moment to celebrate Ms. Lee's masterwork of 55 years ago.

Kayden Oconnell, Gyro Muggins and Caledonia Skytower will present a selection from her 1960 Pulitzer Prize Winning "To Kill A Mockingbird" in a special 90 minute reading from selected chapters, live in voice.

“I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It’s when you know you’re licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what. You rarely win, but sometimes you do.”

~ Atticus Finch from "To Kill A Mockingbird"
