In the air-breathing world, Cale has the great joy of working with a terrific program sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation: POETRY OUT LOUD. This program engages student in grades 9-12 in connecting with poetry and reciting it in a spelling bee style competitions leading from their schools all the way to a national event. It's the competition season, and Cale shares some of the poems the students have chosen this year from the POL online anthology of over 850 titles.
