Regarding Works Read There in

Where Seanchai Library Events incorporate works that are not in the public domain, under section 110 of Title 17 of the United States Code*, the nature and character of Seanchai Library Events render said Events exempt from copyright restrictions (and, in the absence of the statutory exemption, would establish fair use within the meaning of the Code). The Library co-operates fully with authors and copyright holders to address any concerns relating to the inclusion of their works in Seanchai Library Events.
